I know at least one person in the 2013 thread got an invite in like March last year. It's never going to be the deluge of invites that went out early in the cycle, but there will certainly be random invites trickling in over the next few months.
 
When is everyone's last day of finals this semester (if you're in school)?

I just got an interview invite from Drexel today, so no, I don't think invites are over yet 😉

Nope, they've still got like 3 months of interviewing left and people will withdraw at the least so those spots will be filled. I won't give up on my last 3 schools til I know there are no more interview days.

and to lstone-Dec 15th...Pchem, which I am not actually to worried about, now inorganic is going to require some kind of a miracle due to me missing 7 lectures. YIKES

I am kind of bummed cause I have to stay on campus for the break this year. But at least that gives me the opportunity to log a ridiculous number of hours in the OR! so effin excited.
Also excited at the fact that I am getting a kitty in May who will then follow me to med school...a little bit of an early start on that excitement I suppose
 
Same-sex Marriage blocked by NYS Senate today.

It's crazy to me that this is still in issue. It's 2010 in a few weeks :lame:

I miss having awesome roommates that actually come out of their rooms and do not cry every night.
My medschool roommates are going to go through some serious vetting before I move in with another crazy!

Yeah, I used to hate cats, but they are perfect if you don't have a yard.

Or if you're planning on being in an area with severe winters. 🙂
 
I'm not big on cats. The only cat I would ever get would be a crazy leopard cat because they are badass.

Well I am only planning on being in NC 🙂xf::xf::xf:) but I like cats more than dogs in general.

Yeah I always kinda wonder about how well people generally write in their personal statements. Like I read a few real stinkers when I was on the Personal Statements readers list last year, but most people were pretty average.

More importantly, I wonder why it's only in draft form in DECEMBER 😱
