My only acceptance, I canceled my Buffalo and Albany interviews. Unless I get an interview invite from UCSD, I'm pretty much done with the cycle.

So unless you hear good news from Emory or Duke, you would go to Tulane?

Yep. I really loved it at all three places so it isn't like Tulane is a bad choice.
I am holding an acceptance at MCG because I got really scared when I actually paid attention to the cost of the other schools...but I don't see myself there at all, I am far too weird. Nevertheless, feel much calmer to have that (useless) option.

It is definitely weird. And I feel like, in a way, the application process as an experience has affected me as a person. It's hard to explain.

two hours of any lecture is too much. 1.5 is pushing it for me.

In my Dinosaur class I was getting pissed off about not having internet and learning about evolution for the 9803476th time (I'm even taking a 3000 level Bio class on Evo this semester) so I decided I was hungry and I left mid-class to eat lunch.

I realized there was no internet in the Union, either, so after eating I went back to class out of sheer boredom.

In summary, I left class, ate lunch, and came back.

So you were thinking of sending intent letters to both? I don't really see anything wrong with sending two, what are the odds they're both going to take you anyway? At least that's my view, you have a much better shot at your schools than I did at mine.

Definitely. You could think it will work out money-wise and then realize very late that it won't.
