Class of 2015; I know I'm a tad early

Bump! How's it going, applicants?

It's so much fun to watch you guys start this crazy journey! Try not to stress too much and just keep plugging away on your applications. 🙂

Best of luck to you all!

I can't believe I'm already working on the application! 3 years went by so fast. You guys are all so far ahead, I havent even started on my PS although I have taken the GRE 2 times already.

GOOD LUCK!!! hopefully I get to see some of you guys if I get in! I'm applying to Wisconsin, UPenn, Minnesota, and Ohio State (Ohio state being my residency)

I haven't started my PS either...I should start soon as Western requires another 10 small essays..
Can we submit the app before our eLORs are completed? I remember seeing it on this forum about last yr's cycle and it was possible. Last year the eLORs deadline was 15 days after the app's...I double checked this with one of my eLORS and she said it's due on Oct 1st as well, so I guess they don't get more time this year. but yeah, is it possible to submit the app before they are completed?

blegh. it's goin. FINALLY decided on my final list of schools I would be happy to go to... I still haven't written a personal statement...

on the plus side, I'm leaving for the VIDA trip in 7 days. I am completely unvaccinated, unprepared, and SUPER EXCITED! If people in my life would just stop dying, visiting, or getting married, I would probably be a little more put together.

In the mean while I'm having a super fun time at my work. I'm finding that I LOVE anything to do with venipuncture. IV catheters, blood draws, IV meds...I think it's because of the immediate feedback that you are doing it correctly - that flash of blood in the hub of the needle is rather congratulatory.

I'm not sure I'm making any sense. and I thinking I'm slightly off topic now. maybe I should eat. I can't wait till we've all submitted and can start worrying about hearing back!!!!

especially when you're drawing from jugular veins 😀

I think StartingoverVet means that some LORs or schools still use papers to fill out recommendation letters rather than submitting them electronically.

lol. my sarcasm must not have made it way through. I was merely being obnoxious and pretending I hadn't ever heard of the "stuff" 🙂
