If I was applying to more schools, I wouldn't give it a second thought. I'd safe myself the extra application fee and the extra time filling out the AACOMAS. But I'm only applying to the schools in Philly because of Geekhusband's job.

I'm going to start working working on a general "why I'm a special and unique butterfly" and "difficult situation" for a few of my schools. Trying to get done early because it looks like my PI this summer is gonna be intense.

Yes but honestly 99% stay the same. I did 48 secndaries last year and pre wrote almost all of them. Of all those only About 4 changed. One that changes is rfu. And of those that did change only one, rfu, changed drastically. The res were the same or they added or remved one question. You can't go wrong trus me

I'm reading secondary essays for schools I'm applying to. The one I'm having the biggest problem with is finding a substantial moral/ethical dilemma. Maybe I'm displaying my lack of life experience, but I don't really have many ethical problems. (none non-academic and substantial that I can think of)

Only 2 out of 26 schools specifically stated they allowed a maximum of 4 letters (some had no specification or said 5, 6, or 8... so they got all 5 of my LOR). The two that only allowed 4 were Iowa & Vermont. These schools need to standardize this stuff.

I took a different approach... if they didn't specify a maximum then they got them all.
