I new it would be bad once I made a profile.


also, this last week I applied to a hostpial in the UAE. they were very interested at first, but told me that either my or my man would have to withdraw our application as married couples cannot work together. I responded back that we were actually not married, just living together....to which they replied is illegal there. now they arent responding to me at all. fml.

perhaps I should rethink this Cornell-Qatar thing. :laugh:

this is a confusing article-related sentence head scratcher. interview invite in my pants leads one to believe the invitation is actually in cliff's pants, in which case, yes, one would need to enter said pants to retrieve such an invite, however it would not be quite as smooth a come on. interview invite to my pants also is confusing, however, as are you invited to the location at which the pants presently are, or are you invited to inside of the pants?

Speaking of Facebook, everyone in the group should be made an officer and put their SDN handle as their officer name so we don't have to keep flipping to the discussions page to figure out who's who 🙂 I did it!

Here is my $0.02

Build a theme throughout your autobiography. For example, select a desirable topic such as: community service, interest in science, or overcoming adversity. Think of a few specific examples that fit your selected theme.

Then, be descriptive in your story telling. When you write about these examples, and about your life in general, be both specific and detailed. By doing these things you will make your autobiography more interesting to read, and hopefully you will provide some useful insight into who you are as a person. :luck:

Talk about fun stuff you did as a kid, hobbies you had, memories of cool stuff your parents taught you, your first car crash in your brand new lexus (jkjkjk), etc.

I finished it! It's not great, but it covered my early personal development and journey to discovering that I wanted to be a physician (which didn't happen til senior year of HS, before that I was all about architecture or auto design). Thanks for all the offers of help, guys! This thread is the best 😀

If you see that the tree is not doing well, definitely don't keep it around... I have always had the feeling that if i can not save a tree, I may not be able to save my patient!😱
 
Hey all of you who were successful at Duke.....did you do the optional essay?

Is it actually optional? Or is it that you HAVE to do one, but have the option to choose?🙂 Such confusing wording...

Edit: Ok, I think I am 99.99% sure it is truly optional. So did you all do one?

I did it, it wasn't too hard and I looove Duke so I figured I might as well. 🙂 It probably is truly optional, though.

:scared: I don't see it that way! I've killed many houseplants 🙁 But taken very good care of my pets so I think I'm okay.

Yah, I totally have answers for...well...all of them🙂 It seems like the successful people have done them. You are the 2nd that I know of.

I just got this secondary today and I am determined to submit it tonight. Stupid Flow for making me apply there.
