Well after downloading something it works now -- the play button didn't show up before hand. Now I just have bing as my home page and search button though. ughhh. BUT YAY IT'S TIME FOR MY CHARLIE TIME! (And MAC)

hopefully I have no viruses... I think it was a legit download though of something my computer was missing. oh well.

And it is weird that I am excited to be proctoring an exam in an hour and then spending the night grading it. I love grading. (oh the sad life of a graduate student TA)

you should not have had to download anything! 😱 it is a megavideo link. Click the red play button, wait for advertisement to appear. Close advertisement. Click the green play button, watch streaming video without downloading anything. The only thing I can think of that you might have had to download is if your flashplayer was really outdated or something. 😕 I feel bad now..

bah, chin up, girl. we're all gonna have more rejections than interviews in the end if we applied broadly. So who cares about those three. One other already has interest in you, and there'll be more to come. Own that interview, or any other that you get, and who cares about those other schools.

2 shifts down, 1 to go. i love marathon work days...! sike. my kids were great today so that made it easier and fun. i'm volunteering super early tomorrow for the half marathon. the only upside i see in that now is the free green t-shirt i got.

i love the sexual tension between bleargh and daisy. i want in. 😉
 
oh, and i really wish a bro (or whimsy, daisy, cougs, ducky, geekmama, etc) would ice me. yes, i'm requesting to be iced. i think it is exactly the thing i need to finish my day strong.

Don't worry. My computer hasn't died yet. It made me set up something called Xvid... which as far as I can tell, isn't going to hurt my computer... though I still don't know why I needed it.

xvid is actually a non-malicious video software that decodes the DivX format

haha...awww...my boss just came in b/c he knew I was rly bummed about the rejection and gave me a dartboard with a certain SF school's logo on it. He said it came with "expansions", and gave me stickers bearing BU and Vandy...lol. I have the best job. 😀

after watching about 2 episodes last season, i couldn't bear to watch anymore lol. i almost want to blame my verbal reasoning score on the show making me dumber
 
I enjoyed it immensely. So much that I showed it to my BFF.


So.....I am in love with this school. I don't want to go to any other schools. I can't afford this school and it is unlikely I will get in. So I am quite sad to leave today.
 
Cougar, you go on your UCSD interview yet? I loooovvved the school! Great people from the faculty to the students to even the other applicants (???). Definitely hoping to matriculate there come 2011.

I have four letters of recommendation, but one of my professors posted a fifth letter which some schools require (he actually instructed me).

I completed most of my secondaries mid Aug. would adding this fifth letter push my application to the bottom of the pile?

Someone motivate me to start preparing for my interviews. I have three next weekend and I would rather be lazy all this weekend. Can't I just go in with my adorable personality and hot self?

just read through your primary and your secondaries and really know your application to start with.
