Not of the sex....jealous that they can stay up doing it until 2am, and then not wake up until noon.

And I know they wake up at noon because when I come home at noon to take my second shower, I can hear them waking up and showering. SOME OF US HAVE CRAP TO DO IN THE MORNING!

Because it is work and I am often on a stage, wearing a microphone, with people staring at me. I feel gross if I haven't showered beforehand. Also, a lot of times I walk around and touch people and adjust them. I don't want to feel like I smell.
 
I'm watching a movie on Netflix called TiMER. I'm 30 mins in, and so far it is good. It is a RomCom. And I am an Emma Caulfield fan for obvious reasons (I wonder if Geeks can feel me on this one).
 
yep. can't fall asleep tonight. Guess all that extra sleeping while sick caught up? Just when I thought I was back to a normal sleep rhythm.

They've got them hoppy legs and twitching little noses.
And what's with all the carrots?
What do they need such good eyesight for anyway?!?!

Taking a peak at your mdapps, you should be fine. Hopefully your luck turns around soon. Michigan is insanely competitive so who knows. Its still early on. Head high, Flow.

In all honesty, I wouldn't read into this. With time, good things are going to happen. UMich is ehhhh anyway. Pitt too. You have better schools on your list. And dont forget the all honorable Ksmi got rejected pre interview. jla and premad too. If you dont know who they are, they are all pretty much 4.0/40s. they went on to get accepted at the nations best schools....and some got some $$$ too. chin up. 🙂

I think that it is another example about how this process random and jacked up, but I really do think that most schools that read your app are going to love you.

Well I mean pitt gave an interview I just was wondering if it was auto. I mean I think I'm cool and Pitt is cool, I am just wondering if my LOR's like you said didn't shine as bright as expected.

I 😍 c/o 2013 olemissbabydoc's blog: Growing into my White Coat. Even though I'm not into peds or the NICU much, I've followed her for well over a year and totally grown to check it pretty much everyday. Its the only med blog I read.

This motivated me to get crackin' on Duke. Finished the moral dilemma essay today. Hoping to get through the rest tomorrow. These are tough..
 
My new and hopefully improved duke secondary now stands at a staggering 2.2K words :laugh:

first off congrats on the invite loua!!👍👍

im writing this from my hostel in NYC... its been too long since i've been here it was eating away at me so i decided to swipe my visa on this machine.
i gotta tell u guys this place is CRAZY and the ppl are even more CRAZY..
there are ppl at this hostel from all over the world, each with a different story its been pretty interesting thus far. Lots to do here thats for sure... and i beat some business guy at chess on wall street today hehehe 👍 Even tho it's been a lot of fun so far i gotta say i've been thinking about if I could live in this chaotic place for the next 4 years and im having second thoughts...perhaps it just takes getting use to.

Anyhow i need to log off the internet before my bank account balance goes to $0, hope you all are doin good!
