OMG I LOVED David the Gnome and Fraggle Rock.

Fun fact, Fraggle Rock is available to stream on Netflix. Chicklet LOVES it. We get it to the TV through Xbox live, and she brings me the controller and goes, "Ragguh Rock!" or "Fwaggle?" then "Pease!". Sometimes "Fwaggle" sounds a lot like "F***le" 😳
 
i loved all those kid shows. throw in sesame street of course and some He-Man! Ninja turtles too.

hey why do we call them donuts? i mean really, they are doughnuts...and whats with the nut part at all? it's a ring, but if we're going with the tool metaphor it's a washer, right? so a doughwasher. bc donut is do-nut and there will be no doing of nuts up in here with my stack of 2ndaries to finish.

I just googled and one theory is that since it's in the shape of a zero...it's dough-naught-->dough-nut. 😛

When we first started dating, we used to play a lot of Crash Bash and Crash Team Racing on his Playstation (2?).

Speaking of residents....I got mistaken for an attending yesterday.
I'd be lying if I said that wasn't kind of cool. I'm not sure if that means I look like a douchbag, or that I know what I'm doing, but since both of those things are sort of a compliment, I don't mind.

How are you all doing on this NyQuil afternoon?

I don't think anyone can deny that this process is frustrating. And apparently I'm only allowed to vent about it in this thread or else the self-righteous hippies of SDN come and tell me that nothing is a big deal and to calm down and relax and be at peace. Awesome.

Sun, at least you didn't have to deal with this **** tonight...

Ok...so i was in the middle of changing the hand sanitizer when this old withered wench asks me to help her move some weight plates off of the leg press. she sees that i'm doing something but stares me down like if i finish what i'm doing the apocalypse will occur. i walk over to the leg press and i start helping her (she stands there and doesn't do a damn thing) and while i'm helping her i ask in a calm, polite, curious way "Is there a reason you can't move these weights yourself, maybe an injury etc?", keep in mind I am already helping her, weights in hand. Before i can finish my sentence she flips her **** and says "I'm a WOMAN, WHY DON'T YOU JUST DO IT!?". I'm shocked and I look her in the eyes and I say "I didn't ask you for an attitude", her response "You're giving me ATTITUDE!". An every day patron at the gym is on the opposite side of the machine from me and he is helping to take the weight down he stares at the woman and says "He actually didn't give you any attitude at all." The old wrinkled bag FLIPS and screams about how shes gonna tell on me and runs to the membership desk. Soon after she comes back in yelling about how I'm going to have to talk to my boss and I just look at her and say "...Ok... that's cool." Her rage was ridiculous. I WAS HELPING THE OLD BlTCH. haha
 
I always want to join in on this thread, but every time I come on, I have no idea what's going on. Someone's sick and someone had to help a crabby lady at the gym? And someone else plays strip video games with their gf??
