um guys, can we go to a bakery together? i ate a butterscotch cashew bar today:

sugary buttery goodness...ugh, now that i remember that i'm like, why did i just order two pizzas? seriously. let me list off what i ate today:

breakfast: Chicken and Spaetzle (leftover from yesterday but omfg, i was hungry when i woke up)

eggs benedict at brunch:

the aforementioned butterscotch cashew bar and a chocolate sourdough stick:

turkey avocado sandwich with walnut pesto and aforementioned chicken and corn bisque:

this doesnt even include my plane snacks.... 🙁 😳

this is true. i often worry about my risk for t2dm...my pizza came and i ate it dipped in garlic cream sauce (for the supreme) and chipotle ranch dressing (for the hawaiian). now i'm slightly horrified at myself. but i feel an epic food coma coming on....
