It's your last weekend of freedom!

I have two more weekends of freedom. This weekend will be spent at a family reunion/fish fry. God, my extended family is so southern, I don't fit in .

i'm sure you'll be fine. i talked to some of my friends that just took step 1 and they said it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be.

I've never had a real family reunion. Whenever I go to NJ, I just see pretty much all of the extendeds then.

Well, I may just be speaking from my experiences, but at least you avoided a lot of awkward introductions. I only ever know like 6 people at those things. The shrimp was good though...

no idea, but the cramps are excruciating. it puts PMS into perspective...at least that **** fades after a few days.

Let me clarify one thing.

I will go to the actual ceremony, no problem. That's what the wedding is about, anyway.

If there is no open bar, or at least free booze of some sort, I won't go to the wedding reception. No alcohol = super lame time, you get a card with maybe a giftcard in there.
