I think the key is the 10,000-lux. 1 person in my class has this specific one and he says he has definitely noticed a change in mood. Another person in my class also swears by one, but I'm not sure what kind she has.

You know what else gives you insane dreams? Meclizine. I took it while on a ship for motion sickness and had the most bizarre dreams of my life. Unfortunately can't remember them anymore 🙁

I can see it now -- in the future, there will be an iPhone app in which you wave your phone over your patient's body and the app will make a diagnosis.

That's the same book we're supposed to buy for our immunology class next semester! Although our reading was just an article or two on "balance and self-care," not a whole textbook 😱
