If he knows you are not gay, then maybe he is just giving you a compliment. I wouldn't act any different.

He knows I am not. He's made comments about my girlfriends being "unappreciative, whiny little b!tches" whenever I brought them by the lab.

Granted he was right about the one. But the other one wasn't, she was so far from b!tch... she was really awesome too. But I digress...

He's still a really cool guy. I'm just hoping at our meeting on Tues, he's like "So, I am really gay, and I just wanted to get that out of the way... now onto this DNA sequence."

My hobbies are cars! I rebuilt an antique porsche with my dad last year.

Oh and I really enjoy cooking. But not for myself. I love entertaining guests with a bottle of wine, or 8. Some creme brulee (yes I own a blow torch), and some brioche.

Rebuilding cars is a neat hobby.

mmmm wine.... entertainment.... food... nice. You would be so fun to hang with in med school!

When I was watching that scene in the movie all I could think of was making/eating pastries.

I bake a lot when I'm in school. Good stress reliever, and baked goods make for good bribes.

Mmmm la patisserie!!!

My mom is hardcore french, she makes balling creme caramele, creme brulee, eclairs.

But as a french speaker... I hate how when they subtitle stuff, it's so obviously not what they're saying. Translating between languages loses a lot of the meaning behind the word.

I always wondered how close subtitles really are. I watch bollywood movies and sometimes things get REALLY lost in translation.

Thanks. That is my recent project, just finished it tonight! :soexcited: I had to hand sew all the leaves and flowers on so it took awhile!

My favorite thing to make is afghans. I have a bunch!

My mom is not a doctor... but trained at the Sorbonne. She's a pastry chef and a finance guru.

Personally the sorbonne is much cooler than medical school if you ask me. I love sugar, and I love dessert. Chocolate mousse... mmm.
