Even better, that special remote like on Click where I can pause, fast forward, or rewind. Would definitely make this whole studying thing a lot easier. Not to mention going back and doing better on some classes 🙄

Good luck to MCAT studiers...I was not a fun person to be around the week I took the MCAT (April 29th, the day after my birthday). And I made the mistake of telling my colleagues that I was taking it, so every day at work afterwards, I would get, "So how did you do on your big test???" I was even more nervous about getting my results than I was about taking the test itself, so it sucked to have to be reminded almost every day for a month that I could potentially have gotten, like, a 7 overall. The number one thing I regret about the MCAT is how many people I told. I don't even regret not studying as much as I planned. I just wish I had kept it to myself, or just told other pre-meds.

Ah yes, I'm playing the waiting game now.

I actually didn't tell a lot of people either. I couldn't bare people asking how I did, or bothering my of my score once i got it. most people found out I took it after I reactivated my facebook, and the limited friends i knew started posting about it on my wall 🙁

Yeah, it sucks when people ask constantly how you did. 🙁 Especially when they're people who clearly care, but don't know all that much about the MCAT. The people I work with are mostly nurses, and you either pass or fail the NCLEX so everyone was asking me if I'd "passed" the MCAT. I sure WISH it was a matter of passing or failing.

its coming along nicely actually, as in there's a good chance I can do 11+ on at least 2 sections. Its so weird though because like 2 weeks ago I wasn't doing that great (like 9-10) and now, all of a sudden, things are clicking and not only am i answering more questions, I actually have like 7-10 minutes left over to go back and check my answers. This was not the case a while ago, so I'm doing something right.

Gonna take another FL tomorrow and see where everything's at before going on light PS study mode.

It'd make things so much easier if it was, but then everyone would apply to Medical School if it was a pass/fail thing (or they'd set the passing score to a ridiculously high number or something).

Anyways, I actually got the opposite when I tell people I'm studying for my MCAT. They've been really supportive and it makes me feel that much better to study. I can't let them down, so I'm gonna make sure I beast that thing come Thursday

This was me. About two weeks before my exam, I got a 24 on my practice test, and things weren't clicking. I kicked it into high dear, and like 8-9 days before the real test, I got a 32. then a 35. then 36. then 35. the pattern continued. Like, people tell you to change the date if you're not where you want to be 2 weeks before the test...I was stubborn and worked through it 🙂 We'll see where this takes me in 10 days.

So, from the looks of it, I'll be expecting a few shots in about...35 days?😀

True. And then it would end up being even more stressful, because at least now there are other parts of your application that can make up for a less-than-ideal MCAT.

i am very attentive to detail. but only when the details entertain me. hmmm.. my goal for this summer is now to make my work, secondary essays, and biochem class all highly entertaining to me...

so, decided not to take a practice test to get some PS studying in instead, but still woke up as if i was going to take the real thing. Is it weird that I'm falling asleep while studying at this time instead of when I'm actually taking the test? Must require more energy to sit and read then to to use said information in a test.

I actually have never heard of him referred as king lame before, which is odd because it should be easy for that to happen

Perhaps, he's been insane throughout the playoffs. Definitely cementing his HOF credentials with this run. I think the Heat will be playing desperate, which is something that you really can't underestimate.

I'm still friends (on facebook, at least) with my first serious bf from hs. He's a decent guy, but the thought of dating him *now* is just :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:.

I guess....we were young haha went out for laser tag and the movies and stuff :laugh:
We're fb friends, and i guess he knows I'm going to be there so he messaged me like, "hope to run into you at graduation."

Funny thing is that he got REALLY good looking...so before when he was out of my league, I'm now out of his :laugh:😡
 
Lol I defriended my first serious bf from facebook. He was the "oh I forgot my wallet can you pay for me again" kind of guy. Can't believe it lasted two years. 🙁

Other than that, hopin for a Mavs win....not only do I hate Ledouche, but the current bf is a huge Mavs fan. Dirk is gonna tear it up!
