Still... if you can only admit 100(+/-) 50 students... and you can check the final few out... I don't know. I just took it down. I'm feeling a little paranoid. Additionally, I tend to be a little internet shy because of what I used to do. Even without Facebook, there is still a lot of information out there on the interwebs about all of us for the determined stalker.

Fair enough. I don't plan on updating my MDApps seriously until the end of the app cycle anyways. Too lazy.... or too superstitious.

That is both funny and kind of makes me wish I had applied to UMICH. I got a nice letter from their recruiting efforts... almost convinced me. The auto-invite interview thing sounds cool, as well. I'm super impressed with their entire organization actually. I may be talking myself into "just one more"

They are a good school. However, they take themselves a lot seriously in that admissions office. It's a good thing they are transparent however.
 
I wont make an MD app until i get accepted. I've been keeping a diary and upload it there. So happy waiting folks

Yar. But the darn oos'ers find out first. Meanwhile the OOS schools let OOS people and interview people near the end. 👎
 
Makes sense though! OOS candidates at for example michigan state/wayne state are less likely to stay in the area and practice.

Hence why these schools look at instate applicants first.

which means texas's way doesnt make sense. But i guess since they can only admit at max 10% of oos it fills that up quick and then let Texas know

I have two secondaries that I haven't finished yet. I want to submit them around Wednesday.
