Well, I am sharing a 2-bed hotel room with 5 other guys... I can just see it now.

I enter the room, and we all exchange muted but knowing gazes. Then, all at once, we pick up the same hushed incantation - "Manpile.. Manpile.. Manpile," we say in unison, at first softly, slowly. The tempo quickens until it reaches a fever pitch, the volume becomes a maddening crescendo, and with one final, deafening roar of "MAAAANPIIIIILLLLE!" we all tear off our clothing and pile atop Steve, the smallest and weakest of our brood.

I will admit that my numbers look pretty good. But looks can, of course, be deceiving 🙂. Maybe I'm just a pessimist, but I was half expecting a push to a regular decision interview.

Sorry CB. I'm sure you'll get an interview there :xf:. I've been at "No decision" at Drexel for some time.

So, I took a job offer as a clinical research assistant in pediatric palliative care at VUMC. You guys think I should send an update to update-friendly schools? I was planning on waiting until my grades are in for this semester though since that is my main weakness. :shrug:

Edit: The job involves data entry, memorizing medications for the data entry, and following up with patients' families after they are discharged.

I am not too concerned my friend! It is very early in the cycle. I've already had one interview with 4 more coming up... So I'm very lucky. No worries.

Do people here actually do ritalin/adderall/other amphetamines? It just never really crossed my mind to try it...I did just fine without it.

I took zoology in high school and we dissected a pig, then for our final we had stations where we had to identify different muscles and parts and stuff. I enjoyed it, so I really hope that I will enjoy anatomy. I'm a visual person, so I wonder if that will help me.
