I have tried using my Ipad as a notetaker but I prefer paper and a pen, I don't even take my laptop to class. The macbook air is very different than when it came out. If you noticed apple discontinued the regular macbook. The new macbook airs are basically just the old macbook, just more portable. The only downside is it doesn't have a CD drive.....but how often do you use CDs? I guess it depends, I don't think you could go wrong either way. 😀

I've actually already went this route! I contacted the chair of the department, and she was totally willing to do an advanced independent study project with me, but only in the spring, because it was too soon to the fall semester to plan it now. The ironic thing is that I emailed her in May initially, but she never responded, so I emailed her again in August... but at least I will get to do a super cool project with her 😀

Haha, I actually just took a Spanish class that was entirely on Don Quijote! It was INCREDIBLE. All we did was read the novel in Spanish, the whole time. It was perfection.

I don't know, I'm in upstate NY and they're saying that we're getting tropical storm-force winds and some pretty major flooding. Not to mention NYC. Doesn't look too good.

I'm also majorly freaking out MCAT-wise. I haven't studied enough in the past few days, and I really need to take AAMC's 10 and 11.

No worries. I'll believe it when I see it, haha. Right now it's just a little bit of rain. Don't think there will be flooding where I live.

regroup and focus, your a few weeks out. What you need to do is calm down your almost there don't let the last couple weeks screw you up.
