Can anyone suggest the most important or informative threads they have read on SDN?
I suggest forum searching for anything of interest or at least drop a hint on what you want...
I use the search feature regularly. I am interested in finding out about topics I may have overlooked or not heard of, so I thought I would ask for some suggestions.
On what topics??? Posting a bunch of threads for the sake of posting is 👎, but seriously if you already searched I am sure you are good to go man... Most everything gets cycled on a, if not yearly, quarterly basis. (some things way more often like MD vs X, URM, Rumors and Ramblings).
I don't want any of that stuff. I was thinking more like this.

Just read through it and that has some good info. You always hear people talking about residency spots and what going to happen in the future, but you rarely get a source. I just wanted to know if there were any other pockets of real info on here that I was missing.
After cutting out soda from my diet and doing some calculations, it seems I'm way under caloric intake now that I'm working out. Didn't think I would have this problem lol.

Baha!!! For a month now I've been on 1000-1200/day... Cardio 3x a week and haven't had a soda in 2 years.
Keeping cals low is not easy. I hate having to be aware of what I'm eating. Lol.

Im really strict with counting, plus I do insanity 6x/week which, according to my HR monitor, let's me burn anywhere from 600-800 calories per workout.
Try intermittent fasting. I usually do an 18/6 split with feeding window btwn 12-6 and I've had good results.
That's the one thing I do like living at home for. I drink diet soda likes it's water... and water like it's alcohol... and I don't pay for it.
It's also the downside.... place is covered with junk food so it's a lot harder to resist, but I manage.
