Class of 2017!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I appear to have kicked a hornet's nest by saying in the MCAT forum that I believe available study materials are still reasonably representative of the real test. Oops.

:flame:

In your defense I do think that the EK 101 verbal passages are fairly good. I hope the flaming was not too bad. So glad to be done with that test!!!

Supernatural last night was awesome. Love Felicia Day!

Tots???? Thoughts???

I wasn't a big fan of the episode, but I'm also itching to see how they wrap up the whole Trials storyline. Fillers like this: 👎 I might be biased.

A very successful morning of writing despite the hangover 🙂

I was also studying for the 12 MCAT. I never want to see another Exam Krackers book again

May 12 mcat crew checking in too. I think I literally lol'd in the middle of that exam. Good times, good times.

This time last year I was studying for the May 12 MCAT while still in the middle of OChem & gen bio. So glad I don't care about those things now.

This time last year?

I was ziplining across the Smoky Mountains and trying moonshine for the first time.

You guys were doing it wrong. :meanie:

WHOA. Hold the phone. My PI just gave me this HUGE project of data synthesis that she said when she publishes she'll cite me as an author. Things just got real. 😱 👍 😎

In relation to the previous post
The whole soundtrack will be amazing

Haha what reason would she have to not put your name on it?

Today is my last day of being a TA and making a big paycheck. Goodbye $20 an hour. I feel like I barely knew you.

Maybe if you have multiple forums to browse. Otherwise not worth it.

Good to know. I just wish I could see the gifs :/

I've actually never even used the sdn app... lol. I'll start using it today and compare.

Edit: from the screen shots it looks identical to Tapatalk, which is free.

Cool. Well, the SDN app was like a buck so it is ok but I still don't know how to multiquote on it  Is it even possible?

There doesn't seem to be a multiquote button on tapatalk. This is the way I've gotten around it:

First, I "quote" a post, copy the text with the quote tags, paste it into a "notes" file on my iPhone, and when I'm done pasting all of the quotes into the note, I copy all of the text and paste it back into Tapatalk. I usually just type my responses to each quote in the note file, but I guess you could type them just as easily in Tapatalk.

Good idea.

You can multi quote on the Android SDN app. Click on a comment and hit the Multi button.

Too bad the Android app wouldn't work on the ipad... I also wish that I could use Whatsapp in it.

Yeah I don't think there is a multiQ response button on the apple version of sdn mobile app. However, you could jailbreak your iPhone or iPad.

Haha nice! 🙂. Have you ever published before?

Psh. What is this? Some one-upping comment?

And no. Our lab almost published a paper with my name in the study team (clinical research is a beech) but NEJM didn't like it. The one I'm helping my PI out with now was a smaller project that only a little portion of the clinic worked on, whereas the other study was humungous and the pharmaceutical company we were helping out wanted full credit and put like 30 of their own names in the paper and then claimed no conflicts of interesting (I call BS). We think that's why NEJM didn't like the paper. They're trying to reformat it and submit it to science, but who knows.
