Ah, my adviser was away for the week which is why he didn't respond to my email. He said med schools look more at overall GPA than semester-by-semester progress, so it'd be best to drop it if I can do better in the future. Glad I made the right decision!

Pretty good!! I have an A in physics after two tests, so that's reassuring! I worked 6.5 hours scribing. Saw tons of people. I'm tired but stoked. Now to study ochem!

Well, my Drawing professor essentially told me I was going to eat a B for his class unless I, and I quote, "push against the wall impeding your talent; and I don't know if you can do that in a semester". Not even kidding. I have three times the required drawings and they aren't exactly sick stick figures either; and it's not even my major so it's not like I'm going to be relying on it to put food on the table.

I almost got my car totaled by this d-bag who decided that it would be a great plan to catch 50 mph in a parking lot. Thank God I saw her or my back end; otherwise my whole rear end would have been smashed.

And, I haven't gotten more than four hours of sleep for the past four days because my boy dog wants my girl dog and the girl dog isn't interested in the D.

Last night, I didn't get any sleep. so I'm running on the two hours from the day before. It's raining out, and my car's semi-automatic(got to love a circa 1990 car), so if I stall I'm going to have to drive stick, and since it's FWD it just might on my way to school. And I have to be there until 6:30.

So, yeah, now that that's off my chest, I feel better now. 🙂

I have mixed feelings... I think I did really well on my OChem test, but I'm worried that the professor thinks I was cheating because, at the very end, after I was done, I accidentally glanced at someone else's test (she was next to me and I was looking at my stuff and all of a sudden my eyes were somewhere they shouldn't be). But I didn't even see anything, and I immediately closed my test and gave it to him without writing anything or looking at any of my answers again. I absolutely did not mean to look at someone else's test, and I absolutely did not use any of her information on my own test. I am just worried he will give me a 0 or fail me or something crazy.

I talked to him about something unrelated like twenty minutes after the test was over, and he seemed cheerful and chatty and didn't mention anything of the sort to me... So hopefully he won't fail me, and knows that I wasn't cheating. But I'm just beating myself up! I feel so stupid! I can't believe that one accidental eye movement could potentially jeopardize my entire future.

I am very melodramatic about this right now. I am pretty sure he won't give me a 0, and that he knows I wasn't cheating. But I won't be able to stop freaking out about it until after I get my scored test back. And even then, I'll be worried until I get my final course grade. Ha. 🙁

Honestly, I think you're over thinking it. Your prof prob knows that it was just a random eye movement, especially since you handed in your test right after.

Everyone has their freakout days. Mine was last Thursday when I openly cried in a meeting with one of my coaches about my worries over academics. 🙂
