Can anyone tell me how to link my MDapps to my SDN profile? I am majorly bad at all things internet/technology related and cannot figure it out 😉

Move your mouse to the top of the screen and highlight your name. Click preferences then enter your Mdapplicants ID then save changes.

Look who's talking 😉 CONGRATS ON YALE!!! That's incredible!! The legendary Yale system hahaha I have heard tales about it on the interview trail! 🙂
Also gives me hope that they are going back and re reviewing people who were complete so early! It ain't over till it's over

Awww thank you!! I can't wait to hear more about it! I think I would do well, but it is still something to be curious about that's for sure! 😉 I was indee compleye literally the first day possible, on July 9. That's why I'm so amazed, I honestly thought I was done exploring 😀 Thanks guys for being so supportive... I'm so thankful for this community and wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving!

Non-trad Canadian having worked after undergrad and going back to school to take science credits to apply to med school. Applied last year in Canada and received not a single interview. Decided to go to paramedic school instead and try applying one more time but to the U.S. instead. Finally got an acceptance today! So happy to begin this new chapter in life 🙂

Woah. Just joined my first MD Class of '19 FB group. Things got real.

PS: Hope everyone had a very fulfilling (literally: fully filling) T-Giving. My family is abroad for the next while, so my friends and their families were lovely enough to take me in for the holidays. I've got lots of warm fuzzies at the moment. 😍 Sincerely hope nobody else had to spend the holidays alone.

I spent it alone at home...but I had lots of "love" from the ED overnight both Wednesday night and last night lol.

I'm also working Christmas. And then I leave STL for a week to be with my family back home. But I have Christmas Eve off but no one to spend it with again. #gapyearprobz

If it's any consolation, my Thanksgiving dinner was a Big Mac at McDonald's-lol. I don't have much of a family so I usually spend my Thanksgivings alone. If I'm lucky, a friend that's in the city invites me over. Although yesterday, I was working on a paper so I didn't have time to go anywhere :/

On a brighter note, everything was 50% off at the Gap and I bought jeans, sweats, and a hoodie 😀

Gap is having a terrible year so expect more sales. Their quality is great this year so I'd grab the basics if you need any. Their selvedge jeans are the best for the price.

Haha! No, I knew that 🙂 I was really surprised and confused many months ago when I first saw @hellanutella's MDApps, since I was sure that she was female but her gender was listed as male. Her posting in the Women's Clothing thread a few days later made me even more confused 😉 But I figured it out!

I thought gyngyn was female for the longest time... @claduva94 proved me wrong on that one hahaha

Haha yeah. I first found out that hella was a she when I PMed her in MDApp long time ago. A very gorgeous she I may say, a fact that was revealed to me when we met at Pasadena back in Sep.

I also made the mistake of addressing gyngyn "her/she" a couple times as well and was corrected on a super timely manner by him.

Yeah, you know, there are honestly a few that I am still not sure about come to think of it. Not that it really matters! It's just kind of funny!
 
My mom and I just chased our beagle around some woods near my aunt's house in Virginia. Dog looked so happy just rummaging through there.

My little sister calls him a beast when he does stuff like this, which is pretty hilarious.

We also went to a shooting range last night. Twas interesting. When in the south...
