classes during year off

I am working full-time (most likely) during my year off. I want to take some classes just for enrichment sake. However, only the community college has classes offered at night which is the only time I can take them. Do you think adcoms will look poorly on these classes? They do not fulfill any of my prereqs.

I don't quite understand the question... If the classes are for enrichment sake, then adcoms will definitely not look poorly on them. They will either not care that you took them or be impressed that you have outside interests and are interested in learning more.
