For those who have taken the DAT, can anyone speak of how many classification questions there were? I notice especially on topscore there seem to be some random this animal is of what phylum or this genus has which characteristics.

also, can anyone say what materials they may have used to prep in general?

Know as much as possible. Knowing the information in just the kaplan book would probably be insufficient. I recommend looking at some other resources, such as, AP biology and schulem biology. That would be enough tax stuff.
