What are the differences between clerkships, externships, and core rotations?

Core rotations are like what the MD/DO students do while they are 3rd and 4th year. You will be learning all the different areas (though I think there may be some rotations that you will do different, it depends on the school).

Clerkship/externships- you will be doing specific Pod related stuff at places that has a Pod residency program.
