I think both are good programs. They're so close together and there's a continous exchange (pirating and re-pirating) of faculty from what I hear... It would probably depend on what you want. For example if you want to be the expert of MS, then I would certainly choose CC. For Stroke, Neuroophtha, I'd go to Case.
