Cliffs ap biology for pcat

whatsup everyone.
someone on this forum recomended that i get the cliffs ap biology book to study for the pcats bio section. Basically because i took my last bio class about 4 years ago and i dont remember jack. anyways has anyone studied this book? if i read this do you think im good to go for the bio section, or should i read the kaplan book as well? the kaplan book wasnt helping me too much, i guess because it assumes you have some basic knowledge of the material. and i obviously dont. also, if you have any other tips for the bio section please let me know. Thanks.

That's the only book I used to study for the PCAT. I found it to be very helpful, however, I did have 3 years of biology in undergrad. I found it to be very good, it pretty much summed up every piece of bio there is in good depth.
