Cliffs has a N/A for Nematoda, Rotifera, and Platyhelminthes under embryonic development, while Barron's mentions that Nematoda is a protostome. I was trying to find a clarification online but got conflicting answers and was hoping someone else with a another DAT source could clarify.

Nematoda, platyelminthes, rotifera are ALL protostomes and undergo determinate development and the mouth forms first during gastrulation. Unlike :Chordates and Echinoderms which are deuterostomes that undergo indeterminate development and anus forma first during gastrulation ( i.e. mammals etc..) . Source-- Biological sciences 4th edition Scott Freeman. Hope this helps
