clinical cases website?

I was wondering if there were any good websites that show new clinical cases with disease / symptoms / clinical presentation / diagnosis and prognosis. I figure this would help in transitioning everything I've been learning in basic sciences into clinicals. Any other useful websites related to this would be appreciated. Thanks!

I registered a few months back. They've got lots of videos, and a big section with cases. Definitely worthwhile.

I sometimes use this website as a reading tool (you can set it up to scan the literature and furnish a report of recently published articles relevant to whatever you choose), but they also have an extensive collection of clinical cases that can be viewed according to discipline or diseases state.
