I was wondering if someone went through the resume and KSAs ( Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) writing for such jobs with the VA.
Any recommendation on how to tackle it ?

Make sure you read the announcement in detail and exactly follow it when writing your resume. Some are OK with just a regular resume, while others want very specific things like hours worked, supervisor, etc... Also make sure you upload all the required documents that the announcement asks for (some of these may be VA form 10-2850C, OF-360, etc...). Transcript and license uploads are required for most positions (though it might say optional in one place, but there will be text saying it's required buried somewhere else in the announcement).
For the KSAs, just answer the multiple choice items truthfully. For the "do you have at least one year of GS__ experience", being a staff pharmacist is GS12-equivalent experience while being a clinical specialist should count as GS13-equivalent experience (if the clinical specialists are GS13 in that facility). If you don't have the experience now but will once you start, the VA may reject you depending on how that local HR feels about it.
Let me know if you have any specific questions.

The KSAs are the multiple choice questions you answer as you proceed further in the application.
