Got over 1k in stipend to use before the end of the year, what should I get?

Can you use it on electronics? We can use up to $2k of ours on electronics as long as it's work related and we have a required messaging system we use, so I get a new phone every 2-3 years with my professional fund.

We're allowed to use ours on society dues. So I mostly use it on books and that. Hoping to schedule some sort of conference/vacation next year, though. Haven't used all of my CME allowance any year that I've been here--electronics aren't allowed.

One idea would be to make a professional goal and then direct funds toward that end.
