Went through this forum to search for any fairly current info on this and didn't find much, which is why I'm re-posting a question that I know has been asked in the past..what is the culture like at Children's national in terms of resident dynamics and intensity? I interviewed there several weeks ago and really enjoyed my visit but everything is becoming a blur to me and I'm having trouble recalling my interactions with the residents and would love any insights regarding the culture of the program, if they are now still known to be "cliquey" (seen that mentioned in some older threads on this, but I know programs can change over time so I'm curious if that's the case here or not). With regard to intensity, i know it's a busy hospital-->busy residents, but curious if busy also meant unhappy in this case. I would so appreciate any thoughts on this from current/former residents, other people who interviewed here in the past couple years or any word-of-mouth input!
