2:30am update: just went through IM Excel sheet and marked dates of programs that had sent interviews out onto my own personal excel file. If it is accurate, or even approximately accurate, only 54% of my programs have even sent out any invites at all. So between that and my Level 2 CE score release on Monday, I will try to hold on to some hope.

I’m telling ya, when your Lv2 goes out you can bet you’ll get invites.

I've been wondering something about that: When our L2 scores are released next week, do programs automatically see them or do we need to send an email to the PCs to inform them? I also hope to have my 3rd LOR soon and if I submit it should I notify the PCs about that or do they see them?

1 DR ii from home program. Step 1 230-235 Step 2 260-265. Am I screwed? Debating adding more programs, IDK if it would be worth it at this point

A lot of DR programs have yet to begin sending out their first wave of invites. As long as you applied to a mix of academic programs and community programs, I wouldn't stress about it just yet. I have no doubt interviews will continue to trickle in here and there over the next 3-4 weeks.

Just because ERAS will be down doesn't mean you can't get an invite via another scheduling service. I got one through interview broker yesterday. Keep an eye on your emails, folks.

Ya it might slow over the weekend but most programs (I think) have at least downloaded their apps by now. They don’t need ERAS after that download unless they send IIs through ERAS as well. Idk about ya’ll but I’ve had most of my communication through 3rd party/direct email.

I've literally had maybe 20% of all communication through ERAS, almost everything has been direct email or 3rd party. Was not expecting that at all haha so now I'm just constantly refreshing email because stupid iphone doesn't always notify me of new messages

Hi friends,

I have 3 IM interviews that I received this week. Creighton University - Phoenix (AZ), Abrazo Health (AZ), and Coney Island Hospital (NY).

Step 1 was 209 and Step 2 CK was 232. Comlex Level 1 was 515 and Comlex Level 2 was 578.

They are coming fam. Have faith. Hope this helps alleviate some stress.

Is that University of Arizona-Phoenix? Or a community hospital in phoenix?

Can anyone explain what Casper/Duet is?

In a nut shell. Theres 3 exams in the Casper Suite for GME. Casper which gives you 12 scenarios in which you have 5 minutes to write out a response to 3 questions. Basically what would you do scenarios. Snapshot is you being asked 3 interview style questions while being recorded. 2 minutes to answer each question. Duet has you pick between 2 characteristics that are more important to you about 135 times. Whole process takes about 2 hours to finish.

y tho

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back from IM programs? I am a DO student. I have good scores but still have yet to hear back.

Thank you!

Either the ones you applied to havent sent invites out yet or you missed their first wave. Either way just wait for next week. After that if you have no invites I would start reaching out ASAP.

Another question, on the ERAS app that asked, was your education extended, I answered YES since I did a year long research fellowship. Do you guys think I may be getting screened out???????

Thank you

No you are not getting screened out. Thats just a prompt to give applicants an opportunity to address any date inconsistencies.

Got telehealth SP simulation that our school is making us take today. Really annoying considering its not even graded.
