are people including things from college on their app, besides research. i put all my college research in.

but stuff like, i was secretary of my class in college?

oh and one last thing -- most programs ask for 3 letters, ERAS allows us to choose 4. can we send in 4, or should we stick to 3? thanks.

Just research, unless it was really something special.

Although, you can always add on pictures of hot sorostitues you dated, assuming your handle is correct. I hear that adds points in the South, depending on sorority.

I've included medical research and medically-relevant volunteer work that involved sustained commitment (>500 hrs). Also included Phi Beta Kappa but no other honors/awards.

I'm sending 4 letters, although one is from someone who oversaw my research and has not seen me in a clinical setting. My local program's PD encouraged this.

I didn't really do much in med school besides study all the time and get really average grades as a result. I am just putting medically relevant stuff I did in college. I don't know if they want this or not. I am not putting in pledge trainer for spring rush class and stuff like that, but I figure you can always put more stuff in and they can choose to really pay attention to it or not. I don't think it can hurt you (correct me if I am wrong). Without any of my college stuff, my application is pretty thin.

Yikes, I didn't include anything from college even though I did alot more in college than I did in medical school, I guess it is too late now though. :scared:

I wouldn't worry about it anestheticman. From talking with my other friends, most just put med school stuff on there.
