Glad a state is looking at doing this before the rest of the country - if it passes it should hopefully be a good case study, providing data for the general citizenship to consider as far as health reform models go.

Wasn't that provision part of the affordable care act in the first place (Get on with the federal program or set up your own state market place)?
Anyway, whatever brings healthcare to the uninsured and underserved looks neat to me. It'd be fun to see if this thing gets approved.
