My school offers a combined Anatomy and Physiology course. The downside is that it is intro level and targeted towards non-science students to fulfill general science requirements.
On the other hand, we also have 300 level Anatomy and Physiology courses. I have room for one extra bio class before I take the MCAT spring of junior year (I have taken 2 semesters of intro bio and I am taking cell biology this fall). I am not a biology major so I can really only fit in 4 biology classes atop my major and minor - side question: is it frowned upon to have taken only 4 biology classes in undergrad, all of which will have been 300-level or lower?
So... to get to my main question: Before I take the MCAT a little less than 2 years from now, should I take the combined intro-level A&P or Anatomy (300-level) or Physiology (300-level)?
Thanks!
