Hi, I am thinking of applying to some combined specialties i.e. internal medicine- Psychiatry, internal medicine- peds, I have a few questions:
Does ERAS permit you to write a different personal statement for each combined specialty, I mean if you are applying to internal medicine, internal medicine-peds and internal medicine-psych; will ERAS let you assign one statement for each specialty or will it consider them all under internal medicine?
Does ERAS bill each of these as a separate specialty or as parts of one specialty (internal medicine), I mean if you apply to one IM-Peds, one IM-FM and one IM-Psych...will you be charged only 65$ ( first ten programs per specialty ) or 195 $ ( 65$ for each if each is considered a different specialty)
I would really appreciate it if someone has any idea about how this works.
