How many are these I checked one program of 3 years in Mount Sinai?.......this makes you triple boarded in 3 years instead of spending 3 years on pulm/critic and then one year on sleep medicine

I'm not sure that this is even possible base on the RRC/ACGME requirements for Pulm-CC and sleep training to be able to sit for ABIM boards. do you have a link?

this is the mount sinai pulm/crit/sleep medicine fellowship..they say it is a 3 yrs combined program that renders you eligible for the 3 boards exams
