Combined surgical programs?

Hey there, only out of my own curiosity...are there any combined surgical programs out there, or do you have to choose straight one surgical specialty?

There are integrated programs that let you combine certain fellowship level specialties with general surgery to decrease the total training period. But no, there are no programs to train Ophthalmologist ENTs (in case you slip taking out that parotid) or Orthopedic Urologists (incoming bone/boner puns)...
