"Candidates are restricted from discussion of the clinical cases or the examination at any time during the test, including breaks, or at any time after the test. Any attempt to gain prior information regarding specific clinical cases is strictly prohibited. Any violations or other disclosure of such material will be taken very seriously by the NBOME and may lead to disqualification and thus jeopardize a candidate’s eligibility of licensure.
