comlex step 1 score disapponting

I just got my comlex 1 score-531, its 20 points lower than my comsae D taken 2 weeks before the exam. I didnt take usmle either. Do I have a shot at good EM, or Cardio residencies? how important is comlex step 2? If i take usmle step 2, will that help at all? i realize i shot myself in the foot. any advice is appreciated

Do I have a shot at good EM yes national average was below 500, and most programs have a 500 cutoff, or Cardio residencies what is this? how important is comlex step 2 important? If i take usmle step 2, will that help at all not for AOA programs but maybe for lower-mid tier ACGME? i realize i shot myself in the foot. any advice is appreciated you passed with an above average score, that doesn't qualify as shooting yourself in the food
