Committe Letter late, what to do?

I was unaware that my application had to be complete before my school would write my committee letter and now they said it will be a few weeks before it is done since there is a line.

I've already submitted my app, is a few weeks from now considered late for applying? Is there any way to have my application sent to schools before the LOR is done and have the LOR sent separately? Would it be better to ask the ADEA to change my app from a committee letter and instead request my school send the individual LOR's they use to write the committee letter?

Last question, should I send my DAT scores now or wait until my app is sent?

Application will get sent without letters. Then letters will get sent separate. Send DAT scores now.

I also think it takes a while for aadsas to process the letters and send them out? Not sure about this...

If you can do everything now. Send it all now. No point in waiting.

AADSAS will send your committee letter at a later date.

I would leave it as a committee letter. If you wish to change it to individuals, there are LOE matching forms you would have to bring to your school's advising office, and they would have to mail them (I'm not sure if this is allowed, as I believe LoE's need to come from the evaluator directly - but I'm unsure)

Did you already take your DAT? Is your DAT score on AADSAS? If AADSAS mails your application before you've taken your DAT, include a copy of your DAT scores in the envelope with your check paying for the application fee, with a note saying that you wish to provide your DAT scores to them in advance.
