So I have my committee interview on friday and I was just wondering:
should i treat this like a regular med school interview?
or should i prepare for this someway differently?

Yes treat it like a med school interview (although mine wasn't nearly as in depth as med school interviews) with the exception that they'll be telling you what you should keep and change on your application. If your's is anything like mine they'll talk about your PS (what to keep, what to remove) so definitely make sure you know everything that you wrote. Mine also asked the standard questions like why do you want to be a doctor and what negative aspects have you considered.

In my experience, committee interviews were like poorly done med school interviews. You should have answers to the standard interview questions - why you want to be a doctor, tell me about this activity, etc. - ready to go. Unless you get a real hardass, it shouldn't be too difficult.
