In last year, I asked 3 of my professors and a dentist to send recommandation to my pre-health advisor who wrote a committe letter to AADSAS.

I have graudated now and I might have to reapply this year if I do not get in.

I am not sure if I can ask my pre-health advisor to do everything again for me especially since I have graduated.

If I can't, do I ask each of my professors and a dentist to send the recommandations directly to aadsas as soon as I make my aadsas account on June 1st, 2010?

And can they do it electronically or do they have to send using stamp+envelope?

I am asking these questions because
1) I remember my pre-health advisor telling me how it raises a red flag if I do not rely on committe letter. However, I had friends telling me that the red-flag thing is completely nonsense and people without committee letter still got into many schools.

2) all 3 of my professors and the pre-health advisor were in the same campus so I could just ask my professors to send my recommandation to pre-health advisor who complies everything. I do not know what form to give to them if they send to aadsas instead of pre-health advisor.

3) To get a committee letter, I had to go thru many process such as writing preapplication essays, 2 interviews in my undergraduate school, answering many questions, filling out many forms....etc. Each of these had due dates and I think I read somewhere that whoever do not submit the form by certain date can still get committee letter but he will note that the student lacks ability to get things done on time...etc. I think this would only sound like "reject the following student" instead of "recommandation" so I am little too scared to ask my pre-health advisor. I know that I should have keep in touch with him and other professors but I have been too occupied with interviews these days.

If your school has a pre-health committee, you should definitely use it. Like your advisor said, it will raise a red flag if you don't.
