You know what I am not 100% sure but I think in this case you dont have to send in your transcripts because this was not on your AMCAS app and is after the fact that you have been accepted and are intending on matriculating. Though I would just call the school to just make sure.

I did call, and the lady basically told me that she won't ask for what she doesn't know. And then said that it's up to me to send in the transcripts or not - that it wouldn't matter to her.

I guess that means those grades don't really matter?

Just send in the transcript to be on the safe side. It really won't matter other than you are covering your bases.
