Will US MD/DO and Caribbean schools accept my prereqs from a community college?

A good number of medical schools will, but there are some that will not accept community college credits at all (e.g. Johns Hopkins I believe). You might want to check with the individual schools or check the MSAR.

Hmm, that's interesting. So if they don't accept those CC courses, do you have to retake them at a Uni?

If you're applying to Hopkins or another school with that policy, yes, the community college credits won't count towards meeting the school's requirements. You would have to retake those classes at a four year university or take appropriate upper level work.
