Does going to a community college for freshman year hurt your chances to getting into med school?
I am taking university-level courses.

IN a word: NO.

Just check with individual schools and see what their requirements, likes and dislikes are.

DO well, score well an the MCAT and everything washes out.

Plenty of people get into medical school having CC credits on their transcripts. Some older applicants have forgetful GPA's of <2.5 and they still got in. They made up for it later and did well.
