Quick concern:

I ve already been accepted to a few medical schools. However I realized that I had left out a single course that I had taken the summer after my sophomore year at a community college just to transfer credit to my undergraduate institution. It was a business course and I did receive an A in the course. Nevertheless, I wasnt trying to hide anything , I just completely forgot about this class.
What action should I take? Is this grounds for them to revoke acceptances? or can it be remedied?

How did AMCAS not catch this. If it was credited to your undergrad instit, it should have been caught by AMCAS during their review and they should have subsequently asked you for the transcript. Not your fault by any means. Just inform the schools. Its an A grade, so nothing to worry about at all.

If the school accepted you they'll want to keep you. Call the admissions office and explain the situation and I'm sure you can work something out.

I don't think anyone will care and if they discover it it will be obvious that you weren't trying to hide anything and very easy to fix.
