Let's say I took a course at a community college to fulfill my GE requirements. Will med schools factor in the course grade for my application GPA?

As far as I know, yes they will. Every grade you get will be used toward overall GPA and science and math(chem, physics, bio, and math) will be used toward your science GPA. Hope that helps.

Yes. And you need to send in the transcripts from every post-secondary school you have taken classes with.
