Competitive Residencies

Is there a book or site that I can go to in order to find out how competitive a certain specialty is? For instance, most of us know that Orthopedic Surgery is a very hard specialty to get into but what about the others such as Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation (what I'm interested in), Addiction Medicine, Radiology, etc?

Look on FRIEDA on the net through the AMA web site. It'll give you the numbers of applicants, number interviewed and number accepted. You'll also get info about number of calls/week, % pass rate on boards, etc...

The AOA has the Opportunities book. Not much but numbers of positions and addresses there, however.
