is there anyone who completed like 20+ secondaries almost as soon as they came out and still with no interviews (and no rejection)?
Unless you have like a 38 and are getting auto-interviews, nobody has any yet. Relax.

For reals, only a few schools have given out interviews. We still got more waiting.

Most schools won't even start looking at your application until late August/September. A few schools haven't even sent out their secondaries. Relax, the admissions people need a vacation and what better time than now.
Many MANY people on SDN have already gotten multiple interview invites man
But then you know that SDN is full of overacheivers. Relax man.
In case you haven't noticed, if you are NOT an overachiever, you will likely not be seeing the inside of a med school, let alone attending one.
But you all should relax for now. The vast majority of the interviews have not been handed out yet.
Start getting a teensy bit nervous around November if you haven't heard from anyplace.
Chill, those who didn't get an interview aren't posting much and besides, it's only a handful of schools that have sent out invites. Most haven't even started reviewing files yet.

Some schools start handing out in late July and early August.
He's right, I have a 38 and I'm getting mad interviews. I have 15 completes and 7 interviews and 1 acceptance already!!!!
Wait! just kidding! Half of us haven't even turned in secondaries yet, the adcoms have pre-determined dates when they will begin sending out interview invites. UCF said they wouldn't start until late August.
Only a couple really on the ball private schools have started giving out interviews this early. We're talking Pittsburgh, Chicago, Mayo, Vanderbilt, Case Western, Michigan...and really only to people 34+. So I'd say relax. Most state schools (except the ones that pretend to be private *cough*OSU&UVA*cough*), which are the best shots for most people, haven't even looked at apps yet.
I still haven't gotten any. Leave it to SDN to make me nervous when I didn't realize there was a reason to be 🙂
it's still too early to worry. some people applying this year haven't even completed their mcat yet.

im nervous as hell. im a reaplicant with a 32p, 3.81 gpa and 3.94 sci. i was complete at certain schools a while ago, and i noticed people getting interviews already who were complete several weaks after me. what's going on??? ex: buffalo, i was complete 7/2, im reading a ton of people already got interviews who were complete several weeks after that. i got an interview from them last year...and my application this year is loads better.

Don't start worrying until much later in the cycle.
For what its worth I had a 33Q, 3.94 overall & 3.89sGPA, tons of extracurriculars including shadowing experience, volunteer work, and employment in the largest emergency room in Georgia.. and my first interview offer didnt come until Late november/early december. I got the majority of my interviews in mid-december and the dates were like Jan 15th, Jan 30th, and then two more in march. Im starting on monday at WVU. Moral of the story, if your grades and scores are there.. don't worry.
They don't mark you as complete until they receive your LORs, no?
So in that case, they aren't even reviewing your file yet. Not to worry. 🙂

Man I wonder what average ECs for the typical applicant is. Cuz compared to SDN, my ECs are below average, even tho I thought I did a good amount. SDN also makes me very worried about my 32S

meanwhile i'm sitting here going "what did i do that summer... oh yeah, mostly partying" oh well, even if my GPA is kind of low i still can't have regrets because college was a blast lol. just need to get in somewhere!!!!

seriously? you do realize its not even September right? RELAX!!!! Have a drink, get laid, and enjoy the time before interview and school starting.
Oh, and never, ever, ever, judge your progress based on the neurotic self reporting sample of SDN. You will find this site greatly skewed.

You are a good applicant even with sdn standard. I see no reason why you should worry.
