So, I just took my comlex PE and everything was going great until I come to my last set of patients and begin to realize I'd only done omm on one patient (who would've thought I'd be more worried about what's medically wrong with the patient vs. giving a massage). Luckily the last set of patients had someone that I could do omm on but even then it didnt't seem like he was specifically asking for it. I was led to believe that the sps would say something along the lines of "aren't you a special kind of Dr" if omm was indicated. Looking back I can remember one other patient that said "can you do something right now for my pain" but I over looked it. Now I'm pretty convinced that I'm going to fail considering I only did omm on 2 patients. Assuming equal weight (33% each way) for the biomedical domain between omm/soap/pe. Missing an I'm case is a pretty big deal and will deduct 11% from my overall score, seriously hindering my ability to pass. Anyone else have any experience missing an omm case and still passing?

I have heard of it happening.

I know no one who felt confident post-exam, and almost everyone I know passed on try #1. The individual I know who failed did pass on retake and proceeded to match.

You’re probably fine. Take deep breaths.

You’ll fail the one case. The “can you do anything now?” was a path to OMT.
But failing one case won’t destroy you. I know one person who forgot to do an entire physical on a patient and still passed.
Chin up, you’re still likely to pass.
